Agreement

By using the 6hints website or hiring 6hints (operated by BeepMe Inc.), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

6hints builds and maintains software for solo founders. Work typically includes a one-time planning sprint, then ongoing monthly build or care work. Scope, timelines, and fees are confirmed before work starts.

AI may be used to move faster. It does not replace architectural judgment, and it does not change who owns the finished work.

Ownership

Your deliverables. After payment for the relevant work, the code, documentation, and assets created specifically for your project are yours.

My tools. I keep ownership of internal methods, prompts, templates, and reusable tooling used to produce the work.

Confidentiality

Your product ideas, codebase, and private materials stay confidential. I do not use your proprietary code to train public AI models.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing work before it goes to production, including final acceptance testing. I provide senior engineering judgment and delivery; you decide what ships.

Billing, refunds, and cancellation

Planning sprints are one-time fees. Once that work has started, the fee is non-refundable. Monthly plans are billed in advance and can be paused or cancelled at the end of the current billing period.

Completed work is not refundable. Prices do not include third-party APIs, hosting, or compute unless we agree otherwise in writing.
